The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the en suite shower was spacious. The location is excellent, just across from the old city and in a safe area.
There was no breakfast as advertised, and the cleanliness of the place fell short, with dirty walls and floors.

It was just a solid selection for a weekend pause in Chiang Mai with good value considering the price it charged. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. Consider bringing a portable charger as the outlets were a bit limited in the room.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. The en suite shower was spacious, which was a nice perk for unwinding after a long day of exploring.
The shower pressure fluctuated quite a bit, which made for an inconsistent experience. There were some broken latches on the windows upstairs and the overall cleanliness felt lacking, with dirty walls and floors that made my feet black after walking on them. I also noticed limited electrical outlets, so consider bringing a portable charger. Plus, the stairs were quite steep, which can be a bit of a hassle after a long day.

pleasant stay with a cozy vibe
The room had a lovely decor with two windows offering a stunning view of the Wat Pa Pao temple and a large tree. Every day, the staff promptly refilled drinking water and toilet paper, which I greatly appreciated. The ambiance was tranquil, ideal for unwinding and relaxing after exploring the area. I loved the complimentary coffee and tea service available in the lobby, making it easy to enjoy a warm drink at any time.
The stairs were quite steep, which could be a challenge for some guests.

the hotel was really cute with nice decor and the staff were super nice and helpful. we loved our room with the windows seeing wat pa pao and big tree view. the location is pretty cool, right near old town and it’s quiet too. i appreciated the drinking water and toilet paper being refilled every day! plus, the coffee and tea available at the lobby was a nice touch for the price!
only downside was the thin walls, you can hear other guests real well and the breakfast options could be better.

Quiet and comfy stay!
Had a lovely time in my room with those huge windows, saw the temple and the big tree right outside! The staff were super chill, and I always had fresh water every day. Also dug the coffee and tea in the lobby. Only thing was the stairs were a bit steep, but totally worth it for the price and vibe!

Had a blast with my friends! We explored the old city and visited an amazing night market. The staff were friendly, and the ambiance at the hotel made our stay relaxing. I appreciated having fresh drinking water available every day. The decor was also charming and really added to the experience.
The only downside was that I found the shower pressure to change a lot, which was a bit annoying when showering.
